Dan Marble offers training  for CEOs and staff on ways to minimize risk to your agency in addition to serving as an expert witness for private child welfare agencies.  The children our agencies deal with are increasingly challenging to all who work with them.  A proactive approach to risk management can be very cost effective over the long term.  At times, just the simple addition of a few lines on a form can save an agency from major headaches in the future.

While no agency expects to be sued, our litigious society makes lack of planning for the possible eventuality a precarious course.
